This product is a physical craft artifact (Masu). Any accompanying communications or opportunities are optional and non-guaranteed, and this is not an investment product, membership, or service contract. Terms and Conditions
【Official Service Definition】
FOMUSglobal Partnership Masu is a physical, limited-edition Japanese craft artifact. Purchase may include non-contractual, non-guaranteed cultural communications from FOMUS.
1. Operating Structure
- 【Operating Entity】FOMUS LLC (hereinafter 'the Company') — responsible for planning, operation, decisions, and service provision of this Partnership.
- 【Payment Processing】FOMUS Global FZ-LLC (UAE) — handles credit card payments and billing on behalf of FOMUS. Not involved in service content, availability, or operational decisions.
- 👉 The principal party for rights and obligations under this agreement is FOMUS LLC.
2. Nature of Services
This Partnership does NOT guarantee:
- Specific outcomes or profits
- Project completion or success
- Investment returns
- Commercial success
- Continuous opportunity provision
This partnership does not provide contractual rights or guaranteed access. Any communication or engagement is optional, discretionary, and non-guaranteed.
3. Participation Requirements
Participation in this Partnership requires agreement to:
- Understanding FOMUS's values and activity policies
- Respect for Japanese culture and related parties
- A commitment to building relationships, not one-time consumption
- Respecting the Company's judgment and discretion
* The Company may decline participation without disclosing reasons.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are NOT provided as a general rule.
No refunds will be issued for any reason (non-participation, schedule changes, differences from expectations, etc.). This is because the services are based on 'relationships, opportunities, and time,' and value is generated from the moment services begin.
5. Service Changes & Interruptions
The Company reserves the right to:
- Change, add, or remove service content
- Change implementation timing
- Suspend or discontinue projects
- Restrict provision to specific members
The Company is not obligated to provide advance notice or compensation for these changes.
6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Participants shall NOT disclose the following to third parties:
- Private locations, individuals, and projects
- Statements and backgrounds of related parties
- Internal information and unreleased plans
* This includes SNS, media, and commercial use.
7. Contract Termination
The Company may immediately terminate participation in the following cases:
- Violation of contract terms
- Actions that damage trust
- Inappropriate conduct toward the Company or related parties
- Any case the Company deems inappropriate
* No refunds will be provided in these cases.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- This agreement shall be governed by Japanese law.
- In case of disputes, Japanese courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Corporate Contracts
- For corporate contracts, invoices will be issued under FOMUS Global FZ-LLC.
- The contracting party is FOMUS LLC.
- Internal approvals and expense processing are at each company's discretion.
